You have to visit a dentist only because medicines will not help you in long run.

Consult with a dentist

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give you only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. If there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.
