Tooth and Mouth Problems

My teeth was yellow by gutakha i want to again white my teeth so plz tell me how can i white it again

I ve been having pain over the left side of my mouth n tingling sensation over the tongue region with a bit of toothache

One of my teeth in the lower jaw is much larger . It appears the jaw has gone down at the position and the teeth is protruding out(as can be seen in the pic ) . What to do ?

I have a cavity in bottom tooth in the end and experiencing mild sensation and pain in ear. Its not constant but quite irritating.

My son diagnosed with Cavity problem in 4 uper teeth gumps.  Our doctor advised that kid is too young for rct, adv useing salt gargle regularly, avoid sweets after evening hour wait for filling for at least an year. General anesthesia is not good option. Plz advise if we can safely wait for filling for about an year, WHT cud be alternatives? Thanks
