Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have done root canal and permanent filling last week on one of my tooth right side above, but for the last two days am having severe and extremely painful on that particular tooth. Could you please help me.

I have developed a decay on my wisdom tooth. It looks somewhat like the one in this picture http://files.pdfsr.com/images/s/7237/how-to-get-rid-of-a-toothache-what-is-tooth-decay-wisdom-teeth-removal-complications-pain-in-tooth.jpg It is not completely corroded, but one can see a black spot on it. Is it possible to reverse the decay by oiling or any other home remedy?

From last 3days highly pain in ny teeth n fever tooo... The pain is unbearable So pls help mi out what I have to do is rout canal is necessary
