Tooth and Mouth Problems

While wake up early in the morning i face the problem of bad breath and bleeding gums and it remains through out the day meanwhile in day time it is little low but again after dinner before go to bed it start smelling bad and some kind of yellowish pulp secreted when i use to press my gums and after that is starts bleeding. Plz doctor suggest me the best cure ,,,, i really tired up of all this and for your conduct i was suffering from last 3 years. I really need your help

Hi recently because of drinking lots of combination of green tea and lemon tea I developed lots of brownish spots over my teeth. Any recommendations how long it will take for it to go? I do not want to undergo scaling as recently 2 months back I did it. Can polishing help over it? Need a good suggestion for speedy removal of the spots. I am shamed to open my mouth also these days infront of anyone.
