I listen a clicking sound from my right side of jaw when i open my mouth and when I shake my head towards back side. My right jaw deviates towards left side and My jaw muscles become very tightened sometimes. Also I have neck pain, upper back pain and sometimes I feel breathing problem. When i do posture related exercises I feel better than before and i listen lesser numbers of clicking sound that time. Is postural problem related to my jaw problem? I am really going through very very tough time. Please don't ignore it. please help me and tell me what should I do at that time.

Seems like MPDS and ankylosing spondylitis together creating TM Joint dysfunction due to stress which could be physical and mental both. A common picture of presentation in TMDs. You need a combination of position change exercises with some counselling and occlusal evaluation (and might be an appliance too). Visit a practice where specialist care is available lest it worsens.
