I have booked the appointment tomorrow afternoon with her pediatric dentist but she has severe pain now, is there any medicine which I can give her for temporary relief in pain?

Do we need to remove wisdom teeth if partial impaction...Is there no other way of treatment without removing wisdom teeth.

My tonsils have been a huge problem since the age of 15 so for 5 years now my tonsils have been so large that it changed my voice(very airy), I constantly can just pull tonsil stones out with my fingers, and my airway closes completely when I flex my throat to yell or something of that nature. I haven't heard much about getting tonsils removed. Would it be recommended?
