Regular mouth ulcers

Asked for Male, 16 Years

IAM not able to understand why am getting regular mouth ulcers it gives sever problems.It hurts a lot,really to say am not able to get a conclusion why am having this again and again plz help me get rid of this problem hoping the neatfull from you. Thank you Sir/mam

Mouth ulcers have become very common..it is due to change in life style ... please have a holistic approach for this problem.... Consult Physician+ Punctuality in Good Diet+ Proper Sleep+Proper Exercise...and less stress....than only we hope to correct this problem.
