Tooth and Mouth Problems

Before this a temporary bridge was fixed for a week which gave pain in my jaw line. Now with zirconia I am having pain on the bridge side. I am Rx acid bacillus caps for 3 days ? Why am I having pain that is increasing with time

I dont have a good smile my lips cover my teeth while i smile and i have gaps between my front teeth and little assymetry  in my face(as per my xrays) which my doctor told me can be corrected by braces but my deep problem lies in my smile and i want a my little mouth to be a little big it appears to be small so i was thinking can jaw surgery correct my facial appearence and my smile just so that my mouth apppers big too and i have a good smile too

Had a cavity in a gum. Slowly and slowly the teeth has broken and now teeth is not visible . But can feel the teeth in jaw. Kindly suggest.
