15 DAYS, MY MOUTH IS RELEASING MORE SALIVA, MY MOUTH IS ALWAYS WET. VOCAL COMMUNICATION IS BECOME DIFFICULT

Sir whenever i use my jaw for any purpose either eating or talking loudly my jaws make click sound on both left and right side. It pain a little bit when i sleep sided

Hello I have got my tooth implant done 10 days before.but i am still in pain not that much severe but its painful.its 10 days i am on painkillers.i went to d doc but he xrayed but nothing is dere.everything is clean .but why i am struggling with this pain even now also. What should i do.

I have noticed that my mouth does not open very wide, and it makes a clicking noise. I am unsure whether this is a problem with my TMJ because I don't feel any pain. I am a 17 year old female, 169cm tall and my mouth only opens 35mm max. I also had an underbite as a child but it seemed to fix itself, however I am worried this caused problems with jaw development.
