Tooth and Mouth Problems

My father is 91 years old using Dentures for 40 years. Now having problem in chewing by using them. Denture needs to be corrected or newly made to suit. He is wheel chair bound. Is it possible to make Dentures by Dr. visiting our home for measurements and trials ? What will be approx. cost for the same?

My son diagnosed with Cavity problem in 4 uper teeth gumps.  Our doctor advised that kid is too young for rct, adv useing salt gargle regularly, avoid sweets after evening hour wait for filling for at least an year. General anesthesia is not good option. Plz advise if we can safely wait for filling for about an year, WHT cud be alternatives? Thanks
