Hello visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an xray done. If there is a cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of tooth get it treated. Then get a crown placed over it.

Hi, it could be due to hypersensitivity, cavity or infection. Make sure you brush and floss and avoid, extreme hot and cold food. And visit a dentist soon for an examination, diagnosis and treatment.
