Any gross irregularity percieved by you shud be confirmed by a dentist who will then be able to classify it as skeletal or otherwise. A good face to face interaction wud point up even a cause for it.

Causes for asymmetry are due to
1. Dental or
2. Skeletal
Treatment of either is different. If the asymmetry is due to dental braces it gets corrected, if it is a skeletal asymmetry surgery is the option.
Visit a dentist to identify the cause and treatment options for correction.
