Tooth and Mouth Problems

It's paining very badly for the past 4days m taking vitamin b complex tablets n I am applying smiley gel as well bt it's not working

I have been suffering from mouth ulcer since my childhood. Any kind of cure or home remedy is not helping to heal ulcer

I am having continuous tooth pain due to enamel loss. I am using aceclosenac for the past 2 days but not getting relief. This problem has been persisting on & off for almost one year. Tried flossing & medicated toothpastes & gels but no relief. Dentist suggested root canal treatment. Is this the only option? Are there are any alternatives in Homeo medicine?

With caps on teeth say after rct how will the plaque on the gums or/and such teeth be removed by daily brushing
