Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir/madam i am planning to get a root canal treatment done for my fractured 2nd-molar where i have lost more than half my second molar. and now doctor have suggested me to get POST support before capping for durability. i want to know how much will this post cost. and is there any issue if i go with a fibre or metallic post. and what will be their respective prices. and what are the options available in posts which is the better one ?

Sir/ Madam, From the last few years I took Tobacco due to whick now I have tobacco strains in my teeth bur now I want to clean my teeth to my original whitening and shine.

While i sleeping during night and i morning i wake up but my mouth is full of saliva and its thik  that I can't swallow.what is the reason ?and what precautions did i take to reduce this problem, I went to dentist they cleaned my teeth but still I don't find resolution

From past 1week I had severe pain on my left side of the jaw.i had headache as well as throat pain,when I went to doctor he initially said gum problems and did scaling,gav mouth wash.But later I had severe pain,when I went to him again ,he said pericoronitis and extracted my third lower molar,but I had a crown next to it.its been 4days since extraction but I have severe pain and a bit of swelling on my left side.i really want to know what is the exact cause.

I chewed tobacco from last 7 years.i had white patches in mouth i got irritated mouth when i eat spicy food. Now i quit tobbaco totaly. I wanted to know that this patches will go on their own or requires medication.

I have a little white bump on the tip of my tongue. It's not painful it doesn't have pain until I slide my tongue on my teeth it's tiny bump. I'm confused. Could it be an STD?

My sleep always breaks in the middle of the night because secretion of water in mouth. After spitting that i go back to sleep. But from last few weeks i find blood in spit. Even after spitting for 5 times there is some blood. I checked from doctors and results are showing normal other than low level of Vitamin B12 which has been reduced to 70. I am taking Matilda ER and pantop 40 but results are same. What should i do now. I am very much in tension right now.

My lips are always dark, but the pale patches appeared 4 years back, while acid fell on it accidently. I want to change my lip color to normal pink shade. I don't smoke, but when people ask "Do you Smoke?", I feel bad about it. Please give me some suggestions to resolve

I have a little white bump of two on the tip of my tongue. It's not painful but I can feel it if I run my teeth on the tip of my tongue.
