There is lil pain in my left jaw n when ever i open my mouth the clicking sound comes from left jaw .

Dear,
You have TMD (Temporomandibular Disorder). There are various reasons of it:- trauma, dislocation or displaced disc, malalignmet of teeth, various type of arthritis can also affect jaw, attrition of teeth, teeth grinding, clenching etc
