Tooth and Mouth Problems

In the marked image there is a hole due to decay, when x-ray had done, the decay is near to nerve. The doctor said that he try to open it and try to fill , if there is any pain goto root canal. Is there any option without root canal

1 corner teeth is alredy get damaged. Sometimes its paining. There is a whole in teeth. Whatever i eat it kept over there. What should i do.

Choking in my eosophagus,acidity, slight inflammation. Many a time I have suffered due to disruption in breathing. Though there is no problem in saturation, B.P. or pulse, when I sleep with an Oxygen concentrator - it give me greater comfort. It is possible my late eating and going to bed need correction.

I have much pain in my teeth.in chewing time i can't chew anything​ even rice or muri.that pain is still about 2months or above

I develop a small ulcer which heals on its on after a few days. However, for the past 3 weeks there's an ulcer which did not heal completely and is still existent. I applied a gel Zytee and it would still not go. Doctor said wisdom tooth needs to be extracted. However, I am scared as applying the gel didnt work a bit. Whom to see now for the Ulcer?

I had lose motions and the next day I got a blister on the roof of my mouth. (My stomach is now fine) However, that busted and now the almost the whole upper mouth is swollen. Its all red and painful. I have started applying Orasorea and taking B complex tabs. Please advise.
