Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been getting blood in my saliva for 2-3 days . And buring sensation in my lower abdomen . Bloid comes when i spit and not through cough . Its light red not dark red .

From 1 day im facing the problem. i m seeing some small black point in my gum and felling little pain also gum is swelling a little.. what did i do?
