Tooth and Mouth Problems

I dont able to speak letter R. From my childhood. Please help my Is there any solution to able to speak this letter R

I have been heavy blood bleeding in my teeth to clean my brushing time soo pls check me and give the tratement as early as possible

I have to reduce the size of my front two teeth without any crowning is that possible with any short surgery or medical equipment

My teeth is paining continously from 2 days. I have tried some pain killers but it is not working. I have appoinment with dentist tommarow but for today it is nor bearable. Please advise any pain killer which will work for today.

I broke my jaw in bike accident. I had jaw surgery 2 months ago but  now my teeth is not meeting my face changed(looks not good).mouth not straight opening. I had surgery in Nepal.I have 3 plates inside.my face looks not good .is it possible to get corrective? I am looking doctor at Delhi lakhnow.please provide my detailed solution. I am so much worried. before broken jaw every thing was okay.

Lower lip has some small pimple kind. Its not paining thought. I can see these pimple only when i pressure my mouth.

Face swollen around upper lip and cheek on left side seen local gp and given allergy tablets but only getting worse what do i do

A week before I woke up with a mild pain below my left ear and jaw joint. Over the day pain increased and by evening I was not able to open up mouth more than two - three inches. Headed to the office nurse and got pain killer, that reduced pain but I hear a "kat" sound each time i move my jawline / open mouth a little wide.

I don't know but it pains alot at the end of my last teeth there's a small teeth might be a wisdom teeth. What should i do? Is there any home remedy? The thing am livin far away from parents . Should i get it removed? If i should what it wud cost me ?

My teeth was broken the down line and it's paining and became black doctor suggested to do root canal but it's very painfully have two times enesthesia but it's till sensing so can you give me any suggestions like for clearing it
