After marsuplization what is yellow solution coming from my mouth? Is it dangereous to my body when i intake it?what is reason of coming this yellow solution

I have undergone root canal treatment 8 months back and suddenly i got pain. When consulted doctor they told the root got infected and need to remove it. . When i consulted other doctor he told apicectomy can be done instead of extraction of tooth. Can i get the best suggestion what need to be done for my problem and if apicectomy is needed please suggest best doctor in chennai who is successful in apicectomy

I had broken jaw surgery badly due to bike accident. I had jaw surgery in nepal.after surgery my teeth not meeting and face no looking like before.he said he did his best. is it possible to getting better after again surgery?and how much likely it will cost in your country (maximum and minimum).please help me sir.

Jaw was stitched and plate was fit during accident. Now does it needs to be removed? It causes some pain sometimes and mouth doesn't open properly. Please guide.
