Hello sir. This pain might be because of the last tooth which has not erupted at the right space because the jaws are small considering the size of all the teeth. Because it erupts at a very later stage of life, there are high probable chances that it starts to impinge on the back side of your gums. Sometimes even swelling is observed. It is advised to get your third molar removed. Thanks and get well soon.
Next Steps
please visit a dental surgeon to get a x ray and get it removed.
