I have bleeding gums problem,and also loosen tooth,what to do, and also want to whiten my teeth,so if u can suggest something

For 2 weeks I have had severe tooth pain for one molar. Went to dentist today and he said nothing was wrong. However he wanted to pull the tooth and the one next to it.
