Pain in gum and redness
I have reddened gum and also pain. They are sore and little swallowing is also there. Also they hurt while eating. Small spots with yellow in centre are visible.please help. Thanks and Regards

According to your symptoms you may have Periodontitis..also shows bleeding on brushing..need to check clinically..
Next Steps
please visit dentist and get your cleaning(scaling) of teeth done..

use soft brush and apply gum-x gel on your gums once scaling is done..
