You may be suffering from pericoronitis which means Gingival flap covers the tooth surface.You must contact dental surgeon so that he will give you antibiotics and analgesic to control infection. If needed he will surgically remove the excess gingiva.

Do warm saline mouth rinses thrice daily.

You might be suffering from pericoronitis which due to the inflammation of gums near the wisdom tooth. You should see a dentist and check with the condition of the tooth..An antibiotic will help the inflammation come down and pain killer will help reduce the pain..

See the dentist follow his advise .. you may need excision of the gums at the area of infection or may be removal of tooth itself depending on severity of the condition
Health Tips
Warm water with salt gargle every three hours will also help reduce the inflammation but this is just for time being

I think wisdom tooth needs to be extracted , kindly consult nearby oral and maxillofacial surgeon , medications does not help and we need to treat the cause first
