You might be suffering from pericoronitis which due to the inflammation of gums near the wisdom tooth.
You should see a dentist and check with the condition of the tooth..An antibiotic will help the inflammation come down and pain killer will help reduce the pain..
Next Steps
See the dentist follow his advise .. you may need excision of the gums at the area of infection or may be removal of tooth itself depending on severity of the condition
Health Tips
Warm water with salt gargle every three hours will also help reduce the inflammation but this is just for time being
I think wisdom tooth needs to be extracted , kindly consult nearby oral and maxillofacial surgeon , medications does not help and we need to treat the cause first
