Teeth whitening is a fairly complex job considering the various types of teeth yellowing due to systemic or local causes. If your teeth are brown or yellow due to flourosis, that is excessive fluoride in drinking water, or due to tetracycline stains caused due to childhood antibiotics, or due to enamel hyperplasia, etc etc... Treatment options vary according to cause. Normal bleaching can be done by lasers, or plasma arc lights or even home bleaching kits. If the stains are deep and intrinsic then lamination of teeth may be the perfect option. In very severe cases of dark grey teeth we may need to do metal free ceramic crowns. So unless we evaluate u clinically and know the cause of your yellow or brown teeth, we can't guide u perfectly. if you send me your pics then we could opine better. Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre. God bless you..
