Tooth and Mouth Problems

I was operated 12 years ago and have plate lower side of my left jaw,its hurt and i not like to eat often, feel pain few days in few months, please advise and provide resolution soon

Pain in left side of Jaw while eating . Movement during opening full mouth is somewhat restricted. Pain has not reduced from last 4 days . While opening mouth I feel pain in area just below left ears . It feels like left jaw is dislocated as vertical as well as horizontal movement is painful.

I needed dental implants but prices differ too much and thats too costly. Whether it is possible to have a bridge with one implant?

I hv a bad breath constantly after drinking plenty of water also I face the same problem plz suggest me

I have never visited a dentist, so this might sound a bit immature, but is ultrasonic scaling a painful process, and what precautions should I take to not let that pain affect me? I'm getting plaque around gum margins and I'm assuming scaling is the only treatment. Also, any particular clinic in Kolkata that goes highly recommended. Thank you!
