Tooth and Mouth Problems

My Lowe right 2nd molar was extracted. Old case of RCT. Severe pain even after 4 days. Dentist says it's healing. I have been taking Diclofenac injection twice a day to bear the pain. I doubt if it's actually fine. Some wise healer , kindly advise.

I ve been experincing pain in my mouth since last week as my upper molar has been decayed I have consulted the doctor he has provided me some good medicine and adviced me to go root canal or tooth extraction as the cavity is large plz help to know which is better option for my tooth... I'm getting back to back ulcers in my mouth from last 2 weeks. Is there anything that I have to worry about? How fast can I cure it? Sometimes it's really painful. I can't eat properly. What should I do yo reduce these frequent ulcers?
