Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having tooth pain at my third upper molar right side it's very bad what do you suggest .if I should extract it or do root canal

So I've had herpes symplex type 1 for over a year now. I've taken valtrex before but never been prescribed an every day medication. I don't break out much but 2 days ago a little bump appeared on my top lip, so I applied abreva on it right away. It is the same color as my lip, does not itch or hurt/burn. It has been the same and hasn't bigger..

My front teeth is not in proper size that's why I hesitate to keep smile in public . I quite feel that I not like other. So I M sometime keep distance from friends to take photographs & selfie. What is remidies of my problem . I am now 32 year age. What will be cost of brace for my treatment or any other advice pls.

Pain in the left lower jaw since 4 days. Pain increases on opening the mouth. Problem in chewing as well.

Hellos Dentists My one of incisor teeth is going to break and I am worried about if it break the teeth won't grow again. Because I am 18 years old teenager and therefore someone told that after 18 your teeth stop growing. So will my incisor teeth with grow again at age of 18 Thank you :D

I had all type of symptoms of tmj. But after doing some postural correction and jaw exercises I am feeling they are going to be vanished slowly. Now I am feeling better than before. But many of them are not curing easily. So what should I do In this situation for making myself Completely normal human being?
