Having sever pain in nose part, tooth pain, had fever last night. Had few paracetamol, fever is gone but pain is still killing me.

What is the death rate for wisdom tooth removal? Do i need to consult a cardiologist for heart conditions before undergoing a wisdom tooth removal? And do i ask for local or general anesthesia during the procedure? What things will i have to consider?

Hello Dr. I have been observing my tongue for the past one week it has gotten white and coated. So, I googled and tried some home remedies like using Salt to brush and gargling water and etc. But it's not really working. Could you please suggest me any other methods that would be of better help? TIA
