Even im brushing my teeth its still looking yellow and some white hard sort of thing built up on the sides of my lower incissors.cleaning was done a year back.Are there any natural remedies or tooth pastes to remove yellowness and plaque?

I have shown myself.to a doctor. He says my tooth requires rct and capping. He will sedate my tooth nd then perform.the act. But he is charging 4500. What is the standard price for this?
