Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got a cavity and it's more than a year. It became very sensitive now. I would like to know the process

I have gone through a root canal procedure for a molar in my lower jaw. It's been a month post the treatment complete with crown. I seem to feel that the  tooth is a bit more sensitive than the other normal ones. It almost a feeling when you have  a little lose tooth. However, when I feel it, the tooth and the crown is all intact. Please advise.

I've had my lower left wisdom tooth extracted about a week ago.The sutures have been removed and I've also completed all my medications(including antibiotics) without missing any dose. However, for the past 2 days I've been experiencing a salty taste in my mouth which probably comes from the hole in the gum.My dentist says that there's no infection

In the marked image there is a hole due to decay, when x-ray had done, the decay is near to nerve. The doctor said that he try to open it and try to fill , if there is any pain goto root canal. Is there any option without root canal

Choking in my eosophagus,acidity, slight inflammation. Many a time I have suffered due to disruption in breathing. Though there is no problem in saturation, B.P. or pulse, when I sleep with an Oxygen concentrator - it give me greater comfort. It is possible my late eating and going to bed need correction.

This pain is taking my all attentions, everything is seems standstill, I have already got 4 wisdom tooth then why is it still paining at the same place, is one more coming out???
