Tooth and Mouth Problems

Can't eat anything from 2 days because of Ma tounges .feels very bad. I thought it's because of heat

How much time it will take to take out wishdom tooth if it is half inside gum and infected too. And how many day it will take to recover after surgery.

I have TMJ disorder in my left jaw (pain less). I also feel fast pulsation in my left body from forehead to neck & heart. I strongly feel from inside that both problems are interrelated. I don't even know which kind of doctor to consult with for this problem. Please help.

Sensitivity in tooth, and gums seem inflamed (red) and occasional bleeding while brushing. There also seems to be some white residue on the gums sometimes. There is discoloration, however that I've had since as long as I can remember so that is not a new symptom.

I have gone through a root canal procedure for a molar in my lower jaw. It's been a month post the treatment complete with crown. I seem to feel that the  tooth is a bit more sensitive than the other normal ones. It almost a feeling when you have  a little lose tooth. However, when I feel it, the tooth and the crown is all intact. Please advise.
