Black spots in tongue

Hello. There are quite a few dark and black spots in my tongue (To be precise like a mole) from a few years. How can it be eradicated? What's this allergy called and how harmful is it?

Hi Black spots on tongue is quite normal. Only if these spots are painful and ulcerated you need to worry about it.
