Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am 24 year female. My teeth are aligned properly. Also I have an impacted tooth. i want to put braces and straighten my teeth for a good smile.

Following tooth of mine are in a very bad shape since my childhood. upper &lower part- left & right central, left &right lateral,left & right cuepid a year back rct done in  upper 2ndmolar of left side so my qs is "is there any chances to make those bad shaped teeth no a normal/good looking shape without surgery ? if so then can any body suggest me a clinic . i am staying at Alipore,Kolkata. thanks in advance for kind reply

Due to my thyroid problem im unable to conceive baby and my monthly periods are irregulairregular As on 19.06.17 my thyroid report was T3-1.37 nmol/l, T4-139.56 nmol/l and TSH-0.87 micro IU/ml with daily morning tablet eltroxine 125 mg. Further after this report Tablet was reduced to 100 mg and as of 13.07.17 report was T3-1.18, T4-92.77 and TSH 6

I have sensitive teeth and today my front teeth's upper part break please advice me what I can do for it
