Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have getting pus and swelling in my gums from 2 months and now these I have some swelling at one side of my face also.

APPOINTMENT FOR A TOOTH FEELING- THE FILLING HAS COME OFF AND BEFORE THE CAVITY GETS INFECTED I WOULD LIKE TO GET IT FILLED

Hello Doctor. There has been a black(about half an inch) spot and a light yellow small spot on the left cheek(inner side). There has been a tooth coming near the same spot and in the area surrounding that spot all the blood vessels seem to be visible. I don't understand what I had done for that to occur. Could you please suggest what to do and why does it occur? Thank you
