Tooth and Mouth Problems

Today small part of my lower central incisor tooth broke off suddenly and after that I am feeling sensitivity. Can you please let me know reason for that? Also what need to be done to fix it.

Gum hypertrophy with bleeding gums for 1 year before 2 years.. I consulted a dentist and he said i have to fix new teeth and he fixed it but he did not fix them properly.. I now have bad breath and lower teeth are brown stained.. I donot have any habit of smoking or chewing tobacco.. What should i do?

A dense thickwhite layer is formed at the back portion of the tongue which also extends slightly to the front part. Also i feel slight blockage in the throat. I also incur bad breath problem.

Need to fill gaps between the teeth without braces. Is it possible to fill the gap without using braces.

Sir , suffering from pain due to wisdom tooth in right side, age 35, male, doctor said that it is coming in horizontal not vertical so it should be removed by surgery, please tell if it is the only solution or some medicine either allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic should work, Thank you

I have teeth with small parts of white part on it broken but i never felt any sensitiveness or pain.Today i went to doctor before tooth impression he shaped my tooth which removes all white part and my teeth almost reduces in size and also feeling sensitiveness now.My doubt is tooth size is reduced and feeling pain now which i never felt before.

I have been suffering from a toothache 2 1 root- canal done but pain not come down.Contacted another doctor he also did second-time root-canal. no use.finally, he informed me to contact neuro surgeon he advised to take MRI brain scan. he has given some 3 types of tablets but pain not coming down.
