Tooth and Mouth Problems

I put my braces in the last month.. yesterday I went to the dentist as he told he replaced the wire with the thicker one!! I ate some pain relievers too!! But the pain will last fr a tym!!

I want to extract my grossly decayed tooth of 2nd molar and i have a gum problem and i have inflammation on that area gingiva is inflammed

I feel a very small pimple like thing inside my mouth in left cheek area (close to lower jaw). I tried seeing in mirror but its not visable yet i can feel from tongue. At times it changes shape , some time is flat other times looks like a pimple . Very small in size just like a pimple .

I have blank space in both left and right canines. What is best option to fill that space. Can u please explain bridge and is there any difference between capping and apply artificial tooth

I've been having pain on one side of my mouth. It hurts my mouth. I have red rashes under my lips & having problem to eat. This happened one month ago. Without any medication, I recovered. This happened once again. Anything serious?

My 18 months old child having internal wound during some accident at home after consulting at near by doctar he give him 2 stitches.

I am 26 year old and was advised braces to fix the mid alignment of teeth as it has been identified as the root cause for my gum recession. Would like to know if braces can fix mis alignment as other dentist suggested that it's too late as teeth have grown and fixed . Braces may make my teeth weak etc. Also the gum recession problem won't be fixed by braces. I am confused if I should go for braces or not as gum recession is my major problem and not the cosmetic look of teeth.

What is the difference between a paracetamol (Calpol 120 mg suspension) and an ibuprofen (ibugesic)? What is the gap in hours that has to be maintained? My child weighs 13.5kg what is the dosage for both? He is getting fever. I m not sure if it's viral fever or is it because my child underwent a dental treatment yesterday.

Doctor, i am a 25 years old student. I am writing this question with lot of mental pressure.  There is lot of cavities and other problems in my mouth considering my age this is not common.  I don't know how this was happen I didn't eat lot of chocolates in my childhood and now. I am ashamed to see a dentist or any doctor because I am afraid that if they ask me to open my mouth. I think you can understand my situation now .Can you help me?
