Square jaw problem

I have big jaw on both right and left side that make my face square . Jaw line is not proper. It looks like bone not fat.how to reduce it to get proper jaw line. Is this dental problem or any other issue? Where i can approach for this problem...i need to change my jaw line from square to oval or v line face.help me
