Tooth and Mouth Problems

I m suffering from osmf grade 2 problem. Quit tobacco for 2 months and forever.and i m taking multivitamins.will it cure white patch and stiffness of mouth in 3 months

For the last two weeks my upper and lower right side jaws teeth are aching. Kindly suggest some medicine
