Consistent gum bleeding and mouth ulcers

I have been facing consistent gum bleeding and mouth ulcer regularly. Request you to please help and provide me your valuable advice.

You need to get the cleaning of your teeth done by a dentist .. use mucopain or hexigel on the ulcers before meals u need to start vit B complex orally also but plz do it only when a dentist sees u.. the reason for the recurrent ulcers needs to be identified it can be due to the gastric problems sometimes visit a dentist .

Please use soft bristles brush.warm saline rinses.Avoid spicy food.Get professional cleaning done and you need to take multi vitamins.you can use hexi gel before meals.apply it on ulcer site.
