Tooth and Mouth Problems

20 days back I was feeling like there was some bump on back of my tongue and my whole mouth had a burning sensation all day . On the advice of a doctor I apply a gel on tongue and mouth and take a tablet . It gave me a relief up to 90 percent of my problem . But now I have a rough feeling on half of my tongue. It feels like some spike on my tongue.
