4 yr old baby is sufering tooth gum pain

Asked for Female, 4 Years

4 yr girl is having fever from past one week and I gave p125 with anitibiotic after consulting doctor later on child she is having pain while eating it's was her tooth gum got swelling so Dr gave me cream for her but still some time there is blood coming when she is crying from pain
