Front lower jaw teeth paining from thus day but I am out door today return to the home last 3 day taken 1-0-1 dat taken Enzoflam tablet. There is No cavity

It might be due to impacted third molar/proximal cavity. Continue enzoflam can take 2-3 tab a day depending on the severity. Consult a dentist at the earliest.
