Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got my tooth filled temporarily one year back and recently the filling came off.I didnt experience any pain but i had sensitivity in that tooth.A week ago i got that tooth filled temporarily again and experienced pain in the tooth after the filling.1 day back i got it filled permanently and the tooth pain worsened.What should i do in this case?

What are the steps involved in getting the scaling of the teeth done ? Also how much does it generally cost ?

Since last days I was feeling some uneasiness with my tongue front part. Yesterday I got a little swelling below my tongue at front side and from today I can see my below part of tongue as red and it's burning. It's irritating also.
