Mouth ulcer and gas trouble.
Mouth ulcer occurs frequently and last for more than a week .It comes 2 times in a month.and there is sound from my stomach even after taking food this could be because of gas problem.

Mouth ulcer are normally small and painful lesions. Certain factor that causes mouth ulcers are -hard brushing, constipation, stress,intake of acidic food, lack of essential vitamins(vit B6,vit B12,iron, folic acid and stress

maintain good oral hygiene. avoid citrus and spicy food. intake of liquid, and well balanced diet. use mouth wash like betadine gargle. intake of nutritional supplement like vit B6, vit B12, iron, folic acid .

Hello Ulcers may be due to gas in stomach. Take light and soft food and avoid spices. Avoid tea or coffee for good digestion. Take multivitamin tablet or syrup for a week. Wish you good health and happiness Keep me updated with the improvements Regards.
