Tooth and Mouth Problems

My lower left gum is bleeding since last few months. The teeth near the bleeding and the teeth above it is capped 8 years ago. Now one doctor says that there is infection and i need to do root canal and capping again and the other doctor says that due to tooth decay on other side, my jaw balance is disturbed and i need to balance my jaw actually.

Even though I brush my teeth twice a day my tooth appears to be yellow in color and sometimes they are breaking into small pieces. There are small black marks on the top of canines. Please tell me what should I do? M 21, single and non smoker.

In my lower jaw 2 teeth got extracted on the bottom due to some infection. After few days my front 2 teeth started getting corrode and becoming thin & sensitive.
