Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got aa tooth that is decayed and 2 tooth that have deep cavaties which is very painful i cant even eat anything on the left side of my mouth

Had bone grafting done but failed in 2012 now looking for other options .what kind of surgery or procedure other options for cleft and lip surgery

I am experiencing a pain triggering on the front/lower teeth significantly just few hours before I wake up. Not sure if the pain is caused by the tooth, gum, enamel or tooth nerve but it is severe. I brush twice everyday and used to have sensitivity when consuming sugary food which has reduced over the last 2 years. I also noticed the gap between each tooth is widening. I would likely to understand if this common.
