Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor , I undergone the rct treatment 4 years before and around 8-10 months back that rct cap broken and tooth now have sharp edges that gave unbearable pain to tongue white eating or talking , I'm planning to removes the tooth or suggest  is it possible to do some other treatment for make it ok .

I have too much pain in tooth because of cyst in mandible so I consult with doctor. He told me first for root canal treatment and then cyst surgery but when he filled the tooth my whole face, neck get swelled and highly pain again occurred, so he stopped the further procedure and told me to came near him after one month, After one month when I went near him so after cleaning he filled the tooth but After two days pain again occurred so he said me to come after two months. Now what I do ?

I am 27 years old girl. I have problem in my downward 4 teeth near jawline. Those teeth have decayed from inside of the mouth and the gums have become loose. My teeth have also become loose. Kindly suggest me the diagnosis.

I have been experiencing a sore pain in the back of mouth. It is a sore red patch with slight bruising. It hurts all the time especially when i swallow. I have had it for nearly 5 days now.
