Tooth and Mouth Problems

Have not been to a dentist for years now, before going for cleaning or scaling should I do some preparation from my end?

My face jaw is un even. So I want surgery for this.how to slove this problem. Plz share details with cost of surgery.

Hello, I have a bad breath problem I have consulted with a dentist and scaling also done I am doing twice brushing and flossing,mouth wash after every meal but there is no use. I have also consulted with a physician he done with a endoscopy on reflux GERD and get the result "Patulous ge junction". I am observing most of the smell coming on from my tongue. Please tell me what I have to do and to get rid of Bad Breath problem.

I went to the dentist with a toothache in the upper left side of the gum. He took a panoramic X-ray and prescribed brufen and 1 week augmentin course. I took the meds and my upper lip started to feel numb. I went to sleep and when I woke up I had my cheeks and upper lip all swollen. I went back to the dentist and he said it's not an allergic reaction I have a problem with my upper gum (Set an appointment with another doctor) and continue on the meds it should go within a few days. 2nd day worse.

I have one top premolar with cap and bottom teeth with a composite filling. some times i feel my teeth are resting properly and some time i feel as a high points . when ever i see the dentist he checks using articulating paper and says every thing is fine . what could be the reason.

My 1 year old daughtwr has little red bumps on her bottom lip and her tounge is also kinda red but just the tip of it

Dr dentist has suggested me to take two teeth out as it is in a bad condition. She numbered 4 and 5 number teeth in lower left side. Can anyone pls suggest me that after removing both teeths lower left side. I will have to face any kind of problem ? mean i will be seen okay as i am right now ?or cheeks will go inside ? or it will loose side teeth?
