Tooth and Mouth Problems

Ihave been facing pyria problem from very long time my age is 25. During brushing my teeth it bleeds and i m taking jiva ayurveda medicine from three months but i dont feel such good results

The tooth is half broken, attached to gum which is weak at roots I guess and possibly the tooth infected by cavity or decay. The interior of the cavity has gone black. And the gum holding the tooth has swollen since 4 5 days. Also the half broken decayed teeth has got a minimal part which is weak enough and will break away from the parent tooth if pressure/force is applied.

I have been toothpain since four days. Also taken pain killer medicine but still no results. Due to cavities it is paining so hard.

I am scared to visit a dentist as I have visited a few and instead of solving my problem they started making fun of my teeth condition.. I want a dentist who can understand my dental. Condition and treat me rather than making fun of me..

Had one tooth upper left side root canalled and crowned but pain persisted, then had 2 other root canalled but pain persisted then had premolar extracted but pain still persists, the dentist said if pain still continues must go to extract the crown one too Could wisdom tooth be the cause

My all tooths are damaged by cavity. Need to replace the same . What would be the cost.

There is a swelling in the right jaw causing pain on wide opening of mouth. Under general medication the pain gets relaxed.

I've had a abses for a few days my gp prescribe rivotril and trepiline for megrane i just want to find out if i can use rivotril for extreme pain ,and is there any side affects that can occure
