Gum swelling and paining
Gum tissue is developed at the end of the last molar teeth, and it is overlapping on that last molar teeth. now I think there some food particle stuck between the gum tissue and last molar teeth that lead to inflammation of that developed gum. please suggest what I need to do.

Going by the verbal description that you have mentioned, it seems that you are suffering from pericoronitis, which is the term for inflammation in the gums around the wisdom teeth. The most permanent treatment for this problem is the extraction of the offending tooth. All other modalities of treatment whether medications like antibiotics and pain Killers or warm saline gargles etc might reduce the pain slightly or temporarily but this is bound to recur again and maybe with even a higher intensity than the previous episode. An x-ray called as OPG will be required to evaluate the condition of the root before planning the extraction. Delaying this treatment will definitely be contraindicated for you at this point. Regards.
