PAIN IN MOLAR AREA
I get pain quite often in my lower left molar region. I also find some blood in my spit while brushing in morning. I have attached my Digital OPG. Please let me know if I need extraction of any wisdom tooth at all? Thank you

Blood in spit cud indicate inflamed gums , which can be cured by cleaning if ur teeth and gums . Plz consider getting ur tooth checked for extraction. We need to evaluate if the tooth is completely erupted or not , if u have any food lodgement and spacing . Looking at the tooth from opg it seems u Would be having food lodgement in that area and extraction of wisdom can be considered Although the image is not very clear I can appreciate some decay in ur adjacent tooth too .
Next Steps
Plz consult ur doc as it needs to be clinically evaluated too .

Bleeding is a sign of gum inflammation and will require cleaning of the teeth by a process called as scaling. Your wisdom teeth are slightly tilted and correlating the radiographic picture with the clinical situation will be a better approach towards deciding the extraction of these teeth. But roughly speaking, lower left wisdom tooth is more tilted in its position as well as its roots are also curved, and this warrants the extraction of this tooth. Regards.
