Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have noticed a few yellow spots on my upper lips, It has been couple weeks and I thought it might go away itself. But it didn't and when I looked for the symptoms online, I came across Fordyce spots, the images are exactly the same as I have. I don't know anything about it. Is it dangerous? What should I do?

Have wisdom tooth totally impacted totally in laid horizontal position wbich decayed my main tooth forr eating that deacyed tooth i have ectracted but for wisdom tooth i am very much scared as i cant bear pain , i am very sensitive . It's been 4 days since my teeth extraction, my mandibular molar by my bottom wisdom, I had it clotted, then yesterday into today I've noticed it sort of dissolving itself.
